At MISA Los Angeles, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise with all original tags attached within 30 days of the delivery date.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label and download the return packing slip to include inside your package.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and attach the prepaid label to the outside of the box before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed back to your original payment method.
